Terms of Use

1. Who We Are

A Plan in Place is a homeschool-planner business based in Longview, Texas, selling customized physical planners and related accessories.

2. Accounts

You can check out as a guest, or create an account to save your information and view your order history. If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Let us know right away if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

3. Products, Pricing, and Orders

• We make reasonable efforts to display accurate pricing and product information, but errors can happen. If we discover a pricing or listing error after you've placed an order, we'll contact you before charging you or shipping the item, and you'll have the option to confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
• Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and don't include applicable sales tax, which is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address (currently, only Texas addresses are charged sales tax).
• Placing an order is an offer to purchase; we accept that offer when we confirm and process your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability.
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By placing an order, you authorize us (via Stripe) to charge your payment method for the total amount of your order, including tax and shipping.

4. Personalized and Customized Products

Many of our planners are made to order based on the customization choices you make (cover art, add-ons, and schedule-sheet personalization).

• You're responsible for reviewing your customization — including any names, text, or details you enter — before adding it to your cart and completing checkout. We produce your planner based on exactly what you submit.
• If you notice a mistake after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible at cu**********@**********ce.net — we'll do our best to make a correction if production hasn't started, but we can't guarantee changes once an order is in production.
• Personalized and customized planners are eligible for a refund the same as any other order — see our Refund Policy and Section 5 below for how that works.
• You agree not to submit any customization text, image, or content that is unlawful, infringes someone else's rights, or that we reasonably determine is offensive or inappropriate. We reserve the right to decline to produce an order on that basis and issue a refund.

5. Shipping, Returns, and Refunds

• Shipping: we ship within the U.S. Shipping times shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees; we're not responsible for carrier delays once a package leaves our hands. Risk of loss and title to products pass to you upon our delivery to the shipping carrier.
• Refunds: refunds — including on personalized and customized planners — are handled under our Refund Policy. Please refer to that policy for eligibility windows and conditions, or contact us and we'll walk you through it.
• Damaged or defective items: if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos where possible, and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
• Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method and may take several business days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

6. Coupons, Discounts, and the Affiliate Program

• Coupon codes are subject to the specific terms shown for each promotion (eligible products, minimum quantities, expiration) and may be changed or discontinued at any time.
• Discount programs (such as our missionary/ministry discount) may require verification of eligibility; we reserve the right to request additional information or decline an application.
• If you're an approved affiliate, your participation is also governed by any separate affiliate agreement or program terms we provide you.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including our logo, planner designs, cover art, product photography, and site text — is owned by A Plan in Place or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content or designs for commercial purposes without our written permission. Your purchase of a physical planner doesn't grant you any rights to reproduce our designs.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, other users' accounts, or our systems;
• Interfere with the Site's operation (e.g., through malware, excessive automated requests, or attempts to bypass security);
• Submit false information at checkout, including fraudulent payment information.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Site or cancel orders for anyone who violates these Terms.

9. Disclaimers

The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don't guarantee that the Site will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, A Plan in Place will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or your purchase of our products. Our total liability for any claim relating to your order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot be limited under applicable law.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold A Plan in Place harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you consent to that jurisdiction.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
