• Create a promotional- or testimonial-style video at least 45 seconds long.
• Record you or your children using their planners.
• Talking about how you use them, your favorite feature about them, or whatever other ideas you have!
• Videos can be used to promote our planners, or homeschooling in general.
• These may be used on our website, Youtube, our social media accounts, or other public places.
• For every 45 seconds used: $80. 60 seconds used: $100, etc.

For a chance to receive $40 store credit for “short” videos and a t-shirt:

• Use whatever ideas you have to create a video at least 20 seconds long.
• Videos can be used to promote our planners, or homeschooling in general.
• These may be used as Facebook Reels, Youtube Shorts, or other public places.

For a chance to receive $10 store credit for every photograph:

• Take photos of you or your children using your planners.
• Take photos promoting homeschooling in general.
• Photos may be used on our website or social media, or other public places to promote our planners or homeschooling in general.

Make as many creations as you want! The higher quality the media, the better chance of getting picked. So do your best!

The offer is unlimited. We want a lot of content and are willing to give away a lot of free product, but remember we won’t choose to use every submission. We will take our favorites and use them for promoting A Plan in Place this year. If we choose to use your media in the future, we’ll send the store credit at that time.

Terms and Conditions

In addition to the details in the paragraphs above, you must follow these guidelines:

• Obtain consent from every human subject in the video or photograph (if the subject is a minor, you must obtain consent from the parents of each minor who is being photographed or recorded) to be uploaded to the internet for public viewing.
• When you send us your media, you are granting us a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, license to use, reproduce, store, translate, publicly display, and showcase your media in relation to your name(s), voice(s), or likeness(es) you provide. You keep these rights as well, and can use your creations for any reason you like!
• We will make the decision of whether to use the media. We can’t promise that your media will be used, and thus you will not receive store credit or t-shirts if we don’t choose your submissions. We will contact and inform you of our decision. If we decide to use your media, we will send you an email with instructions on how to redeem your store credit and t-shirt.
• T-shirts and specific sizes are subject to stock on hand. Once sold out or given away, we may not order more. The t-shirt offer is subject to what we have in stock and may be revoked at any time.
